Cancellaton Policy:

In the event that a participant needs to cancel his or her registration the following applies: Cancel more than 30 days before the start of a workshop, full refund. Cancel 29 -14 days before the start of a workshop, 50% refund. Cancel 13 days before or up to the start date of the workshop, 0% refund. The BioTechnical Institute of Maryland, Inc., reserves the right to cancel this workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a BTI cancellation, registrants will be provided with a full refund of the registration fee. BTI will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred due to cancellation.
